摘要
In China, the previous commercial registration system required enterprises to apply for three documents before starting businesses, including the industry and commerce business license, code certificate for organizations, and tax registration license. However, the business registration system reform was kicked off in 2014, whose goal is to achieve the ＂integration of three licenses into one＂ and ＂one license, one code＂ to simplify procedures, shrink the time limit and improve the administrative efficiency.
