摘要
Introduction ＂BeautifuL China＂ was first proposed at the 18^th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 2012. To achieve this goaL, the priority is to acceLerate the development of＂beautifuL viLLages＂, which is the most fundamentaL and arduous part of buiLding ＂beautiful China＂. Therefore, the Chinese central government expLicitLy put forward to develop beautiful viLLages in 2013, further enhancing the ruraL ecoLogy, environmentaL protection and comprehensive improvement.
