The rhetoricaL poem convinces us that Fujian as a traditional source of tea drinks in China has been cherishing a history of more than one thousand years from Eastern Jin Dynasty （317-420）. The oldest record about tea is now cLearLy preserved in the stone carving on Mount Lotus in the ancient town of Fengzhou in Nan＇an County, Fujian, over 300 years earLier than the weLL-known ＂The CLassic of Tea＂.
