摘要
目的对潍坊市售液态奶与奶粉中黄曲霉毒素M1的含量进行调查分析。方法随机抽取不同品牌的超高温灭菌液态全脂纯牛奶(UHT奶)41份、巴氏灭菌液态全脂牛奶7份,牛奶粉51份(其中婴幼儿奶粉45份,其他10份)作为研究对象,采用免疫亲和层析净化-高效液相色谱-荧光检测法测定黄曲霉毒素M1含量。结果液态奶中黄曲霉毒素M1阳性率为62.5%,其中超高温灭菌奶检出阳性率为56.1%,巴氏消毒奶检出阳性率为100.0%。奶粉中黄曲霉毒素M1阳性率为20.0%,其中婴幼儿奶粉的检出阳性率为17.8%,其他类奶粉检出阳性率为30.0%。结论潍坊市售液态奶及奶粉的黄曲霉毒素M1污染总体上属于轻度污染,但巴氏奶检出率较高,收购原料奶中的黄曲霉毒素M1的检测还需加强。
Objective To investigate the content of AFM1 in liquid milk and milk powder in Weifang. Methods 41 brands of ultra high temperature sterilization of liquid complete fat milk(UHT milk) are chosen at random, pasteurization 7 copies of whole milk, liquid milk powder 51 (including infant formula 45, others 10) as the research object, the immune affinity chromatography purification-(HPLC ) with fluorescence as- say to determine content of AFM1. Results AFM1 positive rate was 62.5% in the liquid milk, including ultra high temperature sterilization mainly detected positive rate was 56.1%, pasteurized milk detected positive rate was 100.0%. AFM1 positive rate was 20.0% in milk powder, infant milk powder detected positive rate was 17.8%, the other kind of milk powder detected positive rate was 30.0%. Conclusions The liquid milk and milk powder pollution of AFM1 in Weifang belong to the mild pollution, but the pasteurized milk detect- ed rate was high,the acquisition of raw milk AFM1 testing also need to strengthen.
