目的探讨1例紧急宫颈环扎术后晚期流产患者保胎期间的护理方法。方法对1例紧急宫颈环扎术后晚期流产患者在住院保胎期间采取针对性的护理措施。结果经对症治疗及护理干预,患者延长孕周1周,于27+6周发生晚期难免流产,流产儿送新生儿科抢救治疗。结论对紧急宫颈环扎术后患者采取针对性的护理措施,可以延长孕周,提高新生儿的存活率。但孕周延长与宫颈的结构功能及宫缩情况密切相关[1]。

Objective Explore the nursing methods of 1 cases of emergency cervical cerclage after miscar- riage patients during late abortion. Results The patients with symptomatic treatment and nursing intervention, the patients with 1 weeks of pregnancy, in the late 27 ~ weeks of in- evitable abortion, abortion, delivery of neonatal pediatric emergency treatment.Concluslons The emergen- cy cervical cerclage patients to take for the nursing measures can prolong gestational age, newborn to im- prove the survival rate. But the increase of gestational weeks is closely related with the structure and function of the cervical and uterine .
