骨科患者血液循环情况观察表的设计与应用

目的为了更好地为患者服务,减少护理工作的烦琐,提高护理工作效率。方法通过大量的临床实验,结合相关的参考文献,自行设计出血液循环观察表,并在骨科患者的临床护理工作中推广使用。结果临床护理工作中,采用此表记录观察骨科患者的血液循环情况,节省了护理记录的时间,方便了护理工作。结论血液循环观察表简单、方便、有效,使观察和记录的内容统一、具体、规范、科学。节省了时间,提高了工作效率。
