一株山羊源浅绿色气球菌的分离 被引量:11

Isolation of a strain of goat-derived Aerococcus viridans

摘要 从吉林省松原市病死山羊体内分离到了1株优势菌,通过形态学、分子生物学以及MALDITOF MS对该菌进行鉴定,采用纸片法检测该菌药物敏感程度。结果表明:分离到的优势菌为浅绿色气球菌。药敏试验结果显示该菌对苯唑西林、万古霉素等6种抗生素敏感,对大观霉素、四环素等4种药物中度敏感,对红霉素、克拉霉素等6种抗生素耐药。 It is firstly reported that a dominant strain was isolated from the body of dead goat caused by diseases, which came from Songyuan in Jilin. The bacterium was identified by morphology, molecular biology, and matrix - assisted laser desorption ionization - time of fleght mass spectrometry( MALDI - TOF MS). The disk diffusion method was also used to detect drug sensitivity of the bacterium. The results showed that the dominant isolated strain was identified as Aerococcus viridans. The results of drug sensitivity test showed that the strain was sensitive to six kinds of antibiotics, including oxacillin, vaneomyein, and so on. It was moderately sensitive to four kinds of antibiotics, including spectinomycin, tetracycline, and so on. Besides that, it was resistant to six kinds of antibiotics, including erythromycin, clarithromyein, and so on.
