肺部铜绿假单胞菌感染前后患者肺组织KGF的变化研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析肺部铜绿假单胞菌(PAE)感染前后患者肺组织角质细胞生长因子(KGF)的变化。方法沈阳军区总医院在2013年12月至2014年12月期间,择取80例患有肺炎的患者作为研究对象,于患者感染PAE前后采集肺脏活体标本,针对其中的KGF的变化情况进行分析。结果于感染PAE的前后,应用免疫组织印迹法,对肺脏活体标本中KGF的转录和翻译程度比较:结果提示感染PAE后,肺脏活体标本中KGF的蛋白表达水平明显上升,并且在感染的3 d之后达到了最高值。与PAE感染之前相比,肺组织KGF的蛋白表达水平有了显著的提升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对患者的肺组织KGF蛋白表达水平进行着重研究,可以有效抑制感染,对控制炎症发展有重要的意义。 Objective To analyze the changes of keratinocyte growth factor( KGF) in lung tissue of patients with pulmonary Pseudomonas aeruginosa( PAE) infection. Methods 80 patients with pneumonia admitted in our hospital during December 2013 and December 2014 were selected. The lung tissue specimens of the patients were collected before and after their infection with PAE. The changes of KGF in lung tissue were analyzed with Western blot method. Results WAfter PAE infection,the expression level of KGF protein in lung tissue increased significantly,and reached peak value in 3 days after infection,with significant difference( P 〈0. 05). In addition,the content of KGF protein in lung tissue after PAE infection increased significantly,compared with that of before the infection( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion The expression level of KGF protein in lung tissue of pneumonia patients has important significance to effective control of infection and the development of inflammation.
