幸福教育:每天都上一个新台阶——重庆市天台岗小学的课程领导力行动案例

摘要 一所学校的教育哲学,决定着这所学校的课程特质和行动路径。重庆市南岸区天台岗小学根据“为孩子的幸福人生奠基”的办学理念,提出了“每天都上一个新台阶”的校训。“每天都上一个新台阶”是实现“为孩子的幸福人生奠基”的过程累积和行动路径。于是,践行“每天都上一个新台阶”的校训,成为天台岗小学课程领导力行动的灵魂。
