比较双侧与单侧肢体功能训练对脑卒中偏瘫康复疗效的影响

Comparison of the double impact of limb function and unilateral training on rehabilitation of a-cute stroke hemiplegia

目的：探讨单侧与双侧肢体功能训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者康复疗效的影响。方法随机选取2010年9月至2014年3月收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者90例，将其随机平均分配为实验组和对照组，其中对照组仅实施患侧肢体康复训练，实验组实施双侧肢体功能训练，比较两组患者的康复效果。结果实验组治疗后不同时间内的偏瘫肢体运动功能、日常活动能力均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）。结论脑卒中偏瘫患者实施双侧肢体功能训练，效果显著，建议在临床上进一步推广。

Objective To investigate the effects of unilateral and bilateral limb functional train-ing on stroke rehabilitation in patients with hemiplegia. Methods Ninety cases of stroke patients from Sep 2010 to Mar 2014 were randomly selected, which were randomly divided into experiment group and control group, the control group received unilateral limb functional training, the experiment group re-ceived bilateral limb functional training, the effects of rehabilitation were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, hemiplegic limb motor function in different time, activities of daily liv-ing in the experiment group were significantly better than those in the control group, the differences were significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The effect of implement bilateral limb functional training on stroke patients is significant, it is recommended to be further promoted in clinics.
