鼻窦内镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔术治疗慢性泪囊炎临床观察

Clinical effect of endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy on chronic dacryocystitis

目的：观察鼻窦内镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床疗效。方法以90例慢性泪囊炎患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法将患者随机分为两组,对照组采用传统泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗,观察组采用鼻窦内镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔术治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效、并发症发生率,记录手术时间。结果观察组治疗有效率为97.5%,对照组为85.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）。观察组并发症发生率为0.0%,对照组为17．5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）。观察组手术时间为（46.02±2.61）min,对照组为（75.69±4.09）min,差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）。结论鼻窦内镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔术治疗慢性泪囊炎可缩短手术时间,提高手术治疗效果。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of endoscopic dacryocystorhinosto-my on chronic dacryocystitis. Methods Ninety cases of chronic dacryocystitis were treated as the re-search objects, and were randomly divided into two groups, the patients in control group were treated with traditional dacryocystorhinostomy, and the patients in observation group were given endoscopic dacryocys-torhinostomy treatment. The clinical curative effects,the incidences of complications were observed be-tween the two groups, and the operation time was recorded. Results The effective rate of treatment group was 97. 5% , that of the control group was 85% , there was significant difference between the two groups（P 〈 0. 05）. The complication rate of observation group （0. 0% ）was lower than that in the control group （17. 5% ）, there was significant difference （P 〈 0. 05）. The operation time of the control group was （75. 69 ± 4. 09） min, which was shorter than that in the control group[（46. 02 ± 2. 61）min], the difference was significant （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy for chronic dacryocystitis can shorten the operation time and improve the effect of surgical treatment.
