两种化疗方案在进展期胃癌术后辅助治疗中的疗效观察

Curative effect of two kinds of chemotherapy on advanced gastric cancer after operation

目的：探讨两种化疗方案在进展期胃癌术后辅助治疗中的临床效果。方法选择60例进展期胃癌术后患者，随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组给予奥沙利铂、5-氟尿嘧啶和亚叶酸钙联合化疗，对照组给予多西他赛、顺铂和5-氟尿嘧啶联合化疗。观察两组疗效和不良反应。结果两组有效率（完全缓解和部分缓解所占比例）比较差异未见统计学意义（P 〉0.05），观察组Ⅲ、Ⅳ度不良反应发生率与对照组比较差异未见统计学意义（P 〉0．05）。结论奥沙利铂、5-氟尿嘧啶和亚叶酸钙联合化疗及多西他赛、顺铂和5-氟尿嘧啶联合化疗在进展期胃癌术后辅助治疗中均疗效显著，但前者耐受性好，值得借鉴。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of two kinds of chemotherapy on advanced gastric cancer after operation. Methods Sixty patients with advanced gastric cancer after surgery were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with oxaliplatin, fluorouracil and leucovorin com-bined with 5-fluorouracil, and the control group received docetaxel, cisplatin and 5-fluorouracil chemotherapy. The efficacy and toxicity of the two groups were observed. Results The efficiency （ the percentage of complete and partial remis-sion） between observation group and control group had no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05） . The differences of the occurrence of III and IV degree of adverse reaction between the two groups had no significant difference（ P 〉 0. 05） . Conclusions The chemotherapy of oxaliplatin, 5-fluorouracil and leucovorin or the chemotherapy of docetaxel, cispla-tin and 5-fluorouracil all has significant effect,but the chemotherapy of oxaliplatin, 5-fluorouracil is well tolerated and is worthy of reference.
