摘要 目的利用响应面法优选鹿药总黄酮的提取工艺条件。方法以乙醇体积分数、溶媒用量、提取时间为主要影响因素,以总黄酮提取率为评价指标,用响应面法选择提取工艺的最佳条件。结果响应面法筛选的最佳提取工艺为:82.6%乙醇,溶媒用量11.4倍量,提取时间1.91h,理论提取率为2.31%,实际测得值为2.26%。结论星点设计-响应面法优选鹿药中总黄酮提取工艺,方法简单,结果可靠。 Objective To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from Smilacina japonica A .Gray .Methods By using ethanol volume fraction ,solvent dosage ,extraction time as the main influence factors ,and flavonoids extraction percentage as evalu‐ation index ,the response surface method was employed to choose the optimal conditions of extraction process .Results The opti‐mal conditions were as follows :ethanol volume fraction was 82 .6% ,solvent volume 11 .4 ,extraction time 1 .91 hour .The predic‐tive extraction yield of total flavonoids was 2 .31% ,while the actual extraction yield was 2 .26% .Conclusion The extraction tech‐nology of the total flavonoids from Smilacina j aponica A .Gray optimized by central composite‐response surface method is simple , and reasonable .
