复方威灵仙胶囊对小鼠免疫功能的影响

Effect of Compound Weilingxian Capsules on immune functions in mice

目的探讨复方威灵仙(Cpd.WLX)胶囊对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法将实验小鼠随机分为Cpd.WLX胶囊高剂量组(1.8g·kg-1)、Cpd.WLX胶囊中剂量组(0.9g·kg-1)、Cpd.WLX胶囊低剂量组(0.45g·kg-1)、阳性对照组(泼尼松片0.03g·kg-1)及空白对照组。选用碳廓清实验、溶血素抗体实验、DNFB所致DTH实验模型,观察Cpd.WLX胶囊对小鼠免疫功效的影响。结果与空白对照组比较,Cpd.WLX胶囊大、中、小剂量组:碳廓清指数K及校正指数α均显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01);上清液在540nm处的A值显著降低(P<0.001);对DNFB诱导小鼠耳廓肿胀度影响无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 Cpd.WLX胶囊在机体非特异性免疫和体液免疫作用方面具有较强的抑制作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Compound Weilingxian Capsules （Cpd .WLX） on immune function in mice .Meth‐ods The mice were randomly divided into 5 groups ：high‐dose group （1 .8 g · kg^ -1 ） ,middle‐dose group （0 .9 g · kg ^-1 ） ,low‐dose group （0 .45 g · kg^ -1 ） ,positive control group （ prednisone tablet 0 .03 g · kg^ -1 ） and blank control group .The effect of Cpd .WLX on immune functions in mice was measured by the carbon clearance experiment ,hemolysin antibody test and dinitroflu‐orobenzene （DNFB） .Results Compared with the blank control group ,high ,middle and low doses of Cpd .WLX significantly de‐creased the level of carbon clearance index （K） and calibration index（α）（P〈0 .05 ,P〈0 .01）;A value tested at 540 nm decreased significantly （P〈0 .001）;There was no significant effect on swelling degree of DNFB induced mice auricle （P〉0 .05） .Conclusion Cpd .WLX had a moderate inhibitor effect on the body′s non‐specific immunity and humoral immunity .
