摘要
目的:了解某市二级以上医院开展护理分级现状,探讨在开展护理分级过程中存在的问题与对策。方法:抽查某市28家二级以上医院护理分级质量,对开展护理分级过程中存在的相关问题进行分析总结,并提出行之有效的对策。结果:在开展护理分级过程中存在以下问题:医院培训学习、考核、督查不到位;Barthel指数评分欠及时、客观、准确,未动态评估,书写欠规范;医嘱级别与Barthel指数评分不一致等。结论:在开展护理分级过程中需要医院各级领导重视,实施医护一体化,医疗及护理两条线齐抓共管才能落到实处。
Objective To investigate the nursing classification in the Second - Class or Higher Hospital and probe into prob- lems and countermeasures in carrying out the nursing classification. Methods To spot check the quality of carrying out nursing clas- sification in 28 Hospitals of the Second - Class or Higher. According to the findings, analyze and summarize related issues and put forward effective countermeasures. Results The following problems in the process of nursing classification：hospital training study, examination and supervision didn＇t reach the designated position; BartheI index score was lack of timeliness, objective, accuracy, dy- namic evaluation, and it writing lacked criterion. The doctor＇s advice level and Barthel index score were inconsistent. Conclusions Hospital leaders at all levels attach importance to carrying out the process of nursing classification. Joint administration between medical and nursing can carry out the medical integration mode.
