浅析非法器官交易的产生原因、社会危害及对策研究

A Brief Analysis on the Causes and Detriments of Illegal Organ Trading and Its Countermeasures Exploring

随着器官移植技术的逐步发展成熟,以前被视为"不治之症"的许多疾病有希望得到治愈。但这一技术在为广大患者带来福音的同时,也带来了如人体器官犯罪、非法器官买卖、器官分配不公等诸多社会问题。近年来,人体器官犯罪呈现出多样化、复杂化的趋势,严重威胁人民群众生命健康安全,挑战着医疗秩序、社会稳定和道德底线,情形不容乐观,亟待整治、规范。文章对人体器官犯罪的成因、危害等问题进行了研究,并提出科学可行的治理对策。

With organ transplantation technique gradually growing mature in China, many ＂incurable diseases＂ in the past time could be cured now. This technology offered a new treatment for patients, however, it also created many social problems such as illegal selling or buying human organs, unfair distribution of organs and so on. In recent years, organ crimes presented a trend of di- versification and complication, which threatening people＇s health and lives, and disorganizing medical order, social stability and the base line of moral. The situation is not optimistic now and needs to be renovated immediately. This article conducted an intensive study on the causes and possible social harms of illegal organ trading, as well as put forward some scientific and practical counter- measures.
