基于电感式检测的CPC自动对中控制系统

摘要 为解决带钢生产线及后续处理中带钢跑偏的问题,设计了一套基于电感式检测的CPC自动对中控制系统。该系统以STM32单片机为控制核心,通过特制的PCB电磁感应式传感器完成对带钢位置信号的采样,由信号处理单元滤除干扰信号,液压纠偏系统完成带钢的纠偏。实现了带钢位置跑偏的检测和纠正,具有系统整体响应速度快、检测精度高、抗干扰能力强、安全稳定等优势。 To solve the problem of strip steel running deviation in strip production line and subsequent processing line, a design for CPC center-control automatically system which the system was based on inductive measurement in this paper. The system uses STM32 as microcontroller core,gets position data of strip steel by a special PCB electromagnetic induction sensor,filters interference signals by signal processing unit and rectifies deviation of strip by correction system. The system can achieve detection and rectification of strip steel running deviation and has the advantages of high overall response speed,high detection precision,strong anti-interference ability,security and stability and so on.
