液货船潜液泵监测及预警系统设计

摘要 潜液泵多应用在运载易燃、易爆、危险化学品的液货船上,它是液货船上卸载系统的主要工作单元,对其进行在线监测及故障预警十分必要。潜液泵工作状态一旦出现异常,可以通过监测预警系统及时给予报警,提醒工作人员进行相应操作。该文依据FEMA故障分析方法,得到潜液泵主要失效模式、后果及现象;根据FEMA分析结果,结合潜液泵工作环境的特殊性,提出基于潜液泵密封、轴承磨损、效率监测的潜液泵监测方案;最终,进行监测预警系统的硬件选型和软件平台各功能模块的设计,并进行功能验证。此系统能够实现对潜液泵工作状态的在线监测、故障预警功能,为潜液泵的正常运行提供保障。 Immersed pump is widely used in tankers,which carry flammable liquids and hazardous chemieals.A moni- toring system for immersed pump is necessary,for the pump is the main working unit in a tanker's unloading sys- tem.Once an abnormity occurs,the monitoring system can timely give a warning,as a result,the monitoring personnel will be reminded to give some operation.Main failure modes,effects and phenomena are obtained by FEMA failure analysis method.A monitoring method based on sealing,wear and efficiency monitoring is proposed,which also take into account the particular work environment.Finally,the hardware and software design is completed and the system meets the functional requirements.This monitoring system can achieve the functions of online monitoring and fault warning,providing the protection for immersed pump normal operation.
