摘要
该文介绍了全自动立体金属字边条开槽机控制系统的设计,重点论述了该设备控制系统的字形开槽节点编辑的软件算法和TMS320 F2812单片机DSP嵌入式系统的自动化控制加工的软硬件设计及实施方案。通过字形开槽节点编辑系统的软件功能和节点开槽控制系统软硬件功能的配合,实现在设备有限行程内对边条无长度限制的往复夹送料传送方式,保证开槽节点间距运行精准,使激光切割字面曲线的节点和字边条开槽曲线节点精准吻合。通过相应控制软硬件的研发设计达到了砂轮片开槽损耗自动补偿功能,保证了边条开槽深度的一致性。应用该开槽机控制系统的广告标识自动化加工设备实现了广告标识字形制品时尚、美观、精致的视觉效果。
This paper introduced the control system design for automatic vertical metal letter edgings notching ma- chine ,mainly discussed the design and implementation scheme of software and hardware for the control system of the TMS320F2812 DSP embeded system,and the notching nodes editor algorithm. Through the cooperation of the software function of notching nodes editor system and the soft hardware function of nodes notching control system,the system can achieve edgings' reciprocating clamp feeding transmittal mode for unlimited length in the limit of the machine, and also can ensure the accuracy of the spacing between notching nodes,so that the nodes of laser cutting curve and notching curve for the letter face can be matched accurately. In order to ensure the accordance of the edgings notching depth ,automatic notching loss compensating function for grinding wheels is achieved by the R&D of corre-sponding control soft hardware. Using this automatic machine,it can achieve faddish,beautiful,exquisite visual effect of AD sign letter products.
