中西医结合治疗心肾不交型女性痤疮疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Applying Integrative Medicine in the Treatment of Female Acne with Heart-kidney Imbalance

目的:观察引交汤联合克林霉素磷酸酯凝胶外用治疗女性痤疮的临床疗效。方法:60例女性痤疮患者随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组给予引交汤联合克林霉素磷酸酯凝胶外用治疗,对照组服用丹参酮胶囊口服联合克林霉素磷酸酯凝胶外用。用GAGS评分、中医证候评分评定疗效。结果:实验组总有效率90.00%,明显优于对照组70.00%(P<0.01);经治疗4周后两组GAGS评分、中医症候评分均显著下降(P<0.01),且实验组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:引交汤联合克林霉素磷酸酯凝胶外用治疗女性痤疮,能明显减轻皮损,改善患者全身状况。

Objective： To observe the clinical observation of using Yinjiao Decoction combined with Clindamycin Phosphate Gel to treat acne. Methods： 60 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and controlled group. The experimental group took orally Yinjiao Decoction and used Clindamyein Phosphate Gel. The controlled group took orally Tanshinone combined with Clindamycin Phosphate Gel for external use. Evaluating efficacy through GAGS score, TCM syndrome score. Results： Through 4 weeks＇ treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group was 90. 00%, the total effective rate of the controlled group was 70. 00%. Two groups＇ clinical efficacy had statistically significant difference （ P〈0. 01 ）. Through 4 weeks＇ treatment, there had statistically significant difference （P〈0. 01 ） in GAGS score, TCM syndrome score, and the efficacy of the experimental group was better than the controlled group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： It has good effect of orally taking Yinjiao Decoction and externally using Clindamycin Phosphate Gel to treat acne.
