中药分型论治配合情志疗法治疗颜面再发性皮炎临床分析

Clinical analysis of emotional therapy combined with TCM treatment based on Facial Recurrent Dermatitis

目的:观察中药配合情志疗法治疗颜面再发性皮炎的临床效果。方法:回顾采用情志疗法配合中药治疗78例颜面再发性皮炎的临床资料。结果:78例患者经治疗后痊愈38例,显效30例,好转6例,4例因不能坚持治疗而无效。总有效率:94.87%。结论:中药配合情志疗法分型论治是治疗颜面再发性皮炎的有效方法。

Objective： To discuss clinical results of treating facial recurring dermatitis by emotional treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine. Method： to review clinical data of 78patients who were treated facial recurring dermatitis by emotional treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine. Results： among 78patients： 38were cured; 30were excellent; 6were improved; 4were invalid because of non-insisting. Total effective rate： 94. Z7%. Conclusion： emotional treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine is an effective way of treating facial recurring dermatitis.
