辨证针刺配合超激光治疗突发性耳聋疗效观察

Curative Observation of Using Acupuncture Based on Syndrome Differentiation Combined with Super Laser in Treating Sudden Deafness

目的:观察辨证针刺配合超激光治疗突发性耳聋的治疗效果。方法:将100例患者随机分为治疗组50例(在西药治疗基础上配合辨证针灸治疗和超激光治疗),对照组50例(单纯西药治疗),观察和比较治疗后不同时期两组患者的听力变化。结果:在治疗2周和4周后两组患者电测听较治疗前均明显下降(P<0.01),而且治疗组比对照组下降更明显(P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗2周后治疗组总有效率为76.0%,明显高于对照组的52.0%(P<0.05);治疗4周后治疗组总有效率增至88.0%,明显高于对照组的62.0%(P<0.01)。结论:辨证针刺配合超激光治疗突发性耳聋疗效优于单纯药物治疗。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of using acupuncture based on syndrome differentiation combined with super laser to treat sudden deafness. Methods： One hundred cases were randomly divided into a treatment group of 50 cases who received the western medicine combined with acupuncture based on syndrome differentiation and super laser ache treatment, while a controlled group of 50 cases who only received western medicine treatment. Changes of hearing at different stages after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups. Results： After two weeks and four weeks of treatment, hearing in both groups patients were significantly decreased than before treatment （P〈0. 01 ）, but hearing in the treatment group were more significantly decrease than the controlled group （P〈0. 05 or P〈0.01 ）. After 2 weeks, the total effective in the treatment group were 76. 0%, significantly higher than the controlled group （52. 0%, P〈0. 05） ; after 4 weeks, the total effective of the treatment group were 88. 0%, significantly higher than the controlled group （62. 0% , P〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： The curative effect of acupuncture based on syndrome differentiation combined with super laser is used in treating sudden deafness is better than western medicine treatment.
