针刺结合中药治疗偏头痛62例疗效观察

Clinical observation of 62 cases of migraine in the treatment of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine

目的:观察针刺结合中药治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:选取62例患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组两组,每组31例。两组均给予针刺治疗,治疗组在针刺的同时加服中药汤剂。一共治疗3周,治疗结束后,比较治疗前后头痛程度、偏头痛致残评定量表(MIDAS)以及临床疗效。结果:治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为80.06%、67.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组头痛程度治疗前后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MIDAS治疗组治疗前后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组治疗前后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用针刺治疗可有效缓解偏头痛,针刺结合中药治疗明显优于单独使用针刺的治疗,说明针刺结合中药治疗偏头痛是一种非常有效的临床治疗方法,值得推广。

Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of migraine. Methods： 62cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 31cases in each group. The two groups were given acupuncture treatment, the treatment group were given Chinese medicine at the same time. After 3weeks of treatment, compare the headache severity, Disability Rating Scale （MIDAS） and the clinical efficacy. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 80. 06% and 67.74% respectively. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05） ; the headache degree before and after treatment of two groups has statistically significant difference （P〈0.05） ; the treatment group compared with control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05 ） ; MI- DAS of treatment group has statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）; the comparison between the groups before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05 ） ; compare the two groups after treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0, 05）. Conclusion： The use of acupuncture therapy can effectively relieve migraine. Acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine treatment is obviously better than that of acupuncture treatment alone. Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment is a kind of effective clinical treatment, worthy of promotion.
