摘要 目的分析h SNF2H在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其与临床病理因素间的关系。方法应用免疫组化、Western blot和免疫荧光的方法检测非小细胞肺癌中h SNF2H的蛋白表达情况及其与Rsf-1的共定位情况。结果免疫组化结果显示54.05%(40/74)的病例存在h SNF2H蛋白的过表达,其过表达与肺癌患者的年龄、性别及淋巴结转移无关(P分别为0.485 0、0.159 0、0.815 0),而与肺癌的TNM分期以及分化成正相关(P分别为0.002 0、0.037 0)。结论肺癌中存在h SNF2H蛋白的高表达,并与TNM分期和分化相关。 Objective To detect the expression of h SNF2 H in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and analyze the relationship between its expression and clinical pathological factors. Methods Immunohistochemical methods,Western blot and immunofluorescence assay were employed to evaluate protein levels of h SNF2 H in NSCLC. The co-localization of Rsf-1 and h SNF2 H in the nucleus was determined. Results h SNF2 H expression was observed in the nuclear compartments of tumor cells,while normal lung tissues and the normal bronchial epithelia exhibited negative or weak expression. In 88 cases of non-small cell lung cancer tissues,h SNF2 H overexpression(score ≥4)was observed in 54.05% of cases(40/74).There were no statistical differences among h SNF2 H overexpression and age(P = 0.485 0),gender(P = 0.159 0)or nodal status(P = 0.815 0).Strong h SNF2 H expression correlated with differentiation(P = 0.037 0). Those patients with high h SNF2 H expression had advanced stage of NSCLC(I II vs. III,P = 0.002 0). Conclusion The h SNF2 H protein was overexpressed in NSCLC. Strong h SNF2 H expression is correlated with differentiation and the patients with high h SNF2 H expression had advanced stage of NSCLC.
