后支撑支具对自体腘绳肌腱重建损伤PCL术疗效的影响 被引量：1

Therapeutic Effects of Tibial Support Braces on Posterior Stability after Posterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction with Autogenous Hamstring Tendon Graft

摘要 选取2005年1月至2011年12月我院62例单纯后交叉韧带(PCL)损伤进行自体腘绳肌腱重建手术患者。将其中符合纳入标准的39例患者分成2组:常规支具组(n=18)和后支撑支具组(n=21)。评价指标包括IKDC评分、Lysholm评分、Tegner评分、关节活动度和关节稳定测量。结果发现后支撑支具组患者术后的关节稳定性、IKDC评分、Lysholm评分显著强于常规支具组(P<0.05)。对于Tegner评分和关节活动度指标,2组患者术后评价结果无统计学差异(P>0.05)。因此认为PCL损伤重建术后,应用后支撑支具临床疗效更佳。
