摘要
目的建立一种固相膜萃取-高效液相色谱法,测定饮用水中12种氨基甲酸酯类农药残余量。方法采用高效液相色谱测定法:将滤水样真空后,使用乙酸乙酯洗脱滤膜,最后甲醇溶解和氮气吹干洗脱液。结果 6次重复性试验后,结果表明浓度0.05~12.5 mg/L甲萘威,以及浓度0.1~25 mg/L其他几种物质,其线性关系良好,相关系数r均≥0.999。最低检测浓度:S/N=11时对应的样品浓度,检出限:S/N=4。平均回收率在56.3%~96.4%,精密度<7.6%。结论根据本文所提出的方法,分离效果好,样品前处理便捷,检测灵敏度较高,并且能减少有机试剂的用量。
Objective To establish a Solid Phase Extraction-High Performance Liquid Chromatography to test drinking water 12 carbamate pesticide for residual amount. Methods HPLC methods: the sample after vacuum filtration using ethyl acetate membrane,and finaly dissolved in methanol and nitrogen blow eluent.Results After 6 repeated tests,it showed that the concentration of 0.05 mg / L^12.5 mg / L carbaryl,and the concentration of 0.1 mg / L^25 mg / L several other substances,a good linear correlation coefficient,r≥0.999. Minimum detectable concentration: S / N=11 corresponding sample concentration,detection limit: S / N=4. The average recovery rate was 56.3% ~96.4%,and accuracy〈7.6%. ConclusionAccording to the proposed method,it has good separation,sample pretreatment convenient,high sensitivity,and can reduce the amount of organic reagents.
