摘要
目的研究追踪方法学在医疗环节质量控制中的应用效果,对医疗环节治疗控制中的问题进行解决和改进。方法于2013年1月~2014年12月建立追踪方法学实行小组,按照医疗环节质量控制的相关要素设计适合的追踪方案,对感染控制、药品管理、医疗质量、安全体系以及设施管理进行追踪,找出其中存在的问题并进行解决和改进。结果在医疗环节治疗控制中使用追踪方法学后,提高了医疗质量,减少了对医院的投诉率,并提高了患者对医疗工作的满意程度。结论通过追踪方法学的应用,能够有效改善医院管理水平,并促进医院质量的改进。
Objective To study the application effect of tracking methodology in the quality control of medical treatment.MethodsA follow-up study was conducted from January 2013 to December 2014, according to the relevant factors of the quality control of medical treatment link to design a suitable tracking program to track the infection control,drug management,medical quality,safety system and facility management.Results After the application of tracking methodology,the medical quality was greatly improved,and the satisfaction degree of patients to medical work was improved.Conclusion The application of tracking methodology can effectively improve the management level and promote the improvement of hospital quality.
