经皮微创置入锁定钢板螺钉治疗老年股骨粗隆部骨折的临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨在治疗老年股骨粗隆部骨折时采用经皮微创置入锁定钢板螺钉的临床效果。方法以我院收治的股骨粗隆部骨折的110例老年患者为研究对象,将其随机分为两个小组。结果研究组患者术后骨折优良率高于对比组,同时研究组患者各手术指标数据均低于对比组。两组数据存在差异,且具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用经皮微创置入锁定钢板螺钉方法治疗老年股骨粗隆部骨折效果优良,安全性较高。 Objective To investigate the the clinical effect of minimaly invasive percutaneous locking plate and screw of elderly trochanteric fractures.Methods In our hospital,trochanteric fracture 110 elderly patients for the study were randomly divided into two groups.ResultsThe excelent rate of fracture in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,while the study group for the respective operation data were significantly lower than comparison group. The difference was statisticaly significant(P〈 0.05). Conclusion Minimaly invasive percutaneous locking plate and screw insertion method for the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in elderly,the effect is prominent and has high security.
