重复输尿管畸形合并上尿路结石应用输尿管软镜钬激光碎石治疗的疗效分析

Analysis of the Effect of Ureteral Calculi Holmium Laser Lithotripsy in the Treatment of Ureteral Calculi With Upper Urinary Tract Calculi

目的探讨分析重复输尿管畸形合并上尿路结石应用输尿管软镜钬激光碎石的治疗效果。方法选取我院2013年1月~2014年4月收治的重复输尿管畸形合并上尿路结石患者20例,对应用输尿管软镜钬激光碎石治疗后的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并对其进行3~16个月的随访,观察其治疗效果。结果 18例患者软镜下碎石成功,住院时间为40~90 min,平均住院时间（58.6±4.1）min。另外2例患者,由于输尿管狭窄,经扩张后仍不能置入输尿管软镜鞘,选择经皮肾镜碎石手术治疗。20例患者术后1个月的结石排净率为95%。结论对重复输尿管畸形合并上尿路结石患者,采用输尿管软镜钬激光碎石进行治疗较为安全,具有良好的治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of ureteral calculi holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 20 patients of upper urinary tract calculi treated in our hospital from January 2013 to April 2014. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,and folow up for 3 to 16 months.Results 18 cases of patients with soft lens lithotripsy success, the length of hospital stay was 40 to 90 min, the average length of stay （58.6±4.1） min. In the other 2 cases because of the ureteral stricture, the soft sheath of the ureter can not be put into the ureter. 20 cases of patients after 1 months for surgery,the stone drain rate was 95%.ConclusionHolmium laser lithotripsy in treatment of the patients with upper urinary tract calculi is safe and has good therapeutic effect.
