内分泌高血压治疗方法选择与疗效分析

Analysis of Treatment Methods and Curative Effect of Endocrine Hypertension

目的对内分泌高血压的类型进行分析,并总结治疗方法,探究其治疗效果。方法选取在2010年1月~2015年6月我院收治的内分泌高血压患者224例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结不同类型的治疗方法及临床治疗效果。结果在146例经手术的患者中有114例在术后血压恢复正常,有24例患者血压有下降,下降幅度在20 mm Hg左右,与正常血压相比,仍较高。高血压患者为8例。64例患者应用药物进行治疗,病情的控制较好。结论内分泌高血压给予相应的治疗方式,对病情的控制具有重要的作用,患者病情减轻甚至会使血压恢复到正常。

ObjectiveTo analyze the types of endocrine hypertension, summarize the treatment methods,and explore the relevant therapeutic effects.Methods 224 cases of patients with endocrine hypertension admitted in our hospital from January 2010 to June 2015 were selected. Their clinical data was retrospectively analyzed. The effective treatment methods of different types of endocrine hypertension and the relevant clinical therapeutic effects were summarized.Results The 146 cases which were treated with surgery,114 cases’blood pressure was restored to normal after surgery,24 cases’blood pressure dropped by about 20 mmHg, but stil higher compared to normal blood pressure,and there were stil 8 cases of hypertensive patients. 64 patients were treated with medicine, their conditions were wel controled.Conclusion Corresponding treatment methods play an important role in the control of the patients’ conditions,which may be restored to milder clinical symptoms or even to normal.
