改良式经尿道前列腺等离子切除术在治疗前列腺增生症中的疗效观察

Effect of Modified Transurethral Resection of the Prostate in the Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的研究分析前列腺增生疾病使用改良式经尿道前列腺等离子切除术的临床治疗情况,为患者的临床治疗提供参考。方法根据2012~2013年我院的38例前列腺增生患者来进行探讨分析,全部患者分成对照组和观察组,均有19例,对照组使用经尿道前列腺等离子切除手术治疗,观察组使用改良经尿道前列腺等离子切除手术,对两组的临床治疗情况进行比较分析。结果观察组患者的手术时间,术中出血量,术中冲洗液体积,术后拔管时间,术后住院时间较对照组减少,两组患者术后IPSS,QOL,Qmax无统计学差异。结论前列腺增生患者使用改良式经尿道前列腺等离子切除术的效果比常规的经尿道前列腺等离子切除手术要优秀。

Objective To study the clinical treatment of modified transurethral resection of the prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia,and to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods 38 cases of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were investigated from 2012 to 2013 in our hospital . Al patients were divided into control group and observation group,each were 19 cases.Control group using transurethral plasmakinetic resection surgery,observation group using a modified transurethral plasmakinetic resection,on two groups of clinical treatment effect were comparative analyzed.Results Observed groups of patients with operation time,intraoperative blood loss,intraoperative flushing fluid volume,postoperative extubation time, postoperative length of hospital stay was significantly reduced compared with the control group. Two groups of patients with postoperative IPSS, QOL,Qmax had no statistical difference.Conclusion In patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia using modified transurethral plasmakinetic resection surgery was more excelent than conventional transurethral plasmakinetic resection.
