体外冲击碎石与输尿管钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的临床对比研究

Comparative Study of Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy and Ureteral Holmium Laser Lithotripsy for Ureteral Calculi

目的探究与分析体外冲击碎石与输尿管钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的有效性与区别。方法选自我院自2014年8月~2015年5月收治的输尿管患者96例,经体外冲击碎石治疗的患者有49例,为冲击波组,经输尿管钬激光碎石治疗的有47例,为钬激光组。对比两组患者的临床疗效,手术时间及结石排净率等。结果与冲击组相比,钬激光组的手术时间缩短,且成功率相对高,术后结石排净率提高,但住院时间比较长,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论与体外冲击波碎石法相比,钬激光碎石术对于治疗输尿管结石症效果较好,且无明确不良反应。

Objective To explore and analyze effectiveness and distinction of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy and holmium laser lithotripsy for ureteral calculi. Methods96 cases selected in our hospital from August 2014 to May 2015 were treated by extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy of patients 49 cases,as shock wave group,the holmium laser lithotripsy of ureteral 47 cases,as the holmium laser group. Clinical comparative study of two groups’operation time and stone free rate.Results Compared with the shock wave group,holmium laser group’s operative time,it was significantly shortened,and the success rate was relatively high. After stone free rate was significantly improved,but staying hospital for a long time,P〈 0.05,the difference was statisticaly significant.Conclusion Compared with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy method,holmium laser lithotripsy for ureteral stone disease is better,and has no clear adverse reaction.
