铝碳酸镁咀嚼片联合奥美拉唑对胃溃疡的治疗价值分析

The Value of the Hydrotalcite Chewable Tablets Combined With Omeprazole in the Treatment of Gastric Ulcer

目的探究胃溃疡采用铝碳酸镁咀嚼片联合奥美拉唑治疗的临床疗效和应用价值。方法选取胃溃疡患者74例,利用随机法分为对照组和治疗组,各组均37例进行临床比对研究。结果治疗后,患者治疗总有效率对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者临床症状评分和溃疡直径比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组临床症状评分高于对照组(P<0.05),溃疡直径小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用铝碳酸镁咀嚼片与奥美拉唑联合治疗胃溃疡,能够有效改善患者临床症状,减少溃疡面积,治疗效果良好。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and application value of hydrotalcite chewable tablets combined with omeprazole in the treatment of the gastric ulcer. Methods 74 patients with gastric ulcer were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 37 cases in each group.ResultsAfter treatment,treatment group total effective rate compared with control group had statistical significance（P〈 0.05）. Two groups of patients with clinical symptom score and the diameter of ulcer had no statistical significance（P〉 0.05）. In the treatment group, the clinical symptom score was higher than that of the control group（P〈 0.05）,ulcer diameter less than control group （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Using hydrotalcite tablets combined with omeprazole in treatment of gastric ulcer,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients and reduce the ulcer area,and have good curative effect and application value.
