痰热清治疗小儿疱疹性峡炎的疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Tanreqing in Treatment of Children With Herpetic Inflammation of Buccal Pharynx

目的分析小儿疱疹性咽峡炎予以痰热清治疗的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2013年5月~2015年5月本院收治的90例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿临床资料,按不同治疗方案分为两组,对照组40例行利巴韦林治疗,研究组50例行痰热清治疗,观察两组治疗疗效及时间指标。结果对照组总有效率75.0%低于研究组94.0%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;对照组疱疹消失、症状消失及退热的时间均高于研究组,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论小儿疱疹性咽峡炎予以痰热清治疗的疗效较佳。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of children with herpangina for tanreqing treatment.MethodsA retrospective analysis from May 2013 to may 2015 in our hospital about 90 cases of herpetic pharyngeal buccal inflammation in children with clinical data.According to the different treatment plan they were divided into two groups.The control group of 40 cases used ribavirin,study group 50 cases were treated by tanreqing,then observed curative effect of two groups and time index.ResultsIn the control group, the total effective rate was 75.0% were significantly lower than those of the study group 94.0%,with statistical significance（P〈 0.05）,control group bleb disappear,symptoms disappeared and cooling time were significantly greater than those of the study group are statisticaly significant（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion The efficacy of herpangina for tanreqing treatment of children is significant.
