中西医结合治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘临床观察

Clinical Observation of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine in Treating Cough Variant Asthma

目的本文主要探讨中西医结合治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘的临床应用价值。方法将40名咳嗽变异型哮喘患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组20例患者给予常规西医药物治疗,观察组20例患者给予中西医结合治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果经临床结果得知,观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本次研究结果表明,中西医联合治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘患者有助于提高患者的治疗效果,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective This paper mainly discusses the clinical application value of combined Chinese and Western medicine in treating cough variant asthma.Methods 40 patients with cough variant asthma were randomly divided into observation group and control group,20 patients in control group were given conventional western medicine treatment drugs,and combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine in observation group 20 patients,to compare the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion The results of this study suggest that the combination of Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of cough variant asthma patients can improve the treatment effect, improve the quality of life of patients.
