骶管阻滞复合小剂量氯胺酮-芬太尼在小儿麻醉中的效果观察

Effect of Sacral Block Combined With Small Dose of Ketamine-Fentanyl in Pediatric Anesthesia

目的探讨骶管阻滞复合小剂量氯胺酮-芬太尼在小儿麻醉中的临床效果。方法选择我院临床中择期手术的患儿80例,随机分成两组,对照组采用氯胺酮复合咪唑安定实施麻醉;实验组选择骶管阻滞复合小剂量氯胺酮-芬太尼进行麻醉,对比两组麻醉效果。结果两组患儿术前SBP、DBP、HR指标均未见差异,术中实验组低于对照组,实验组患者术中氯胺酮用量、清醒时间均少于对照组,术后清醒神志恢复情况以及麻醉优良率高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义P<0.05。结论骶管阻滞复合小剂量氯胺酮-芬太尼在小儿麻醉中具有安全有效,不良反应少,对患儿机体损伤低等优点。

ObjectiveTo investigate clinical effects of the sacrum block combined with smal doses of Ketamine-Fentanyl of anesthesia in children.MethodsIn our hospital,80 cases of children with elective surgery were randomly divided into two groups,the control group with ketamine and midazolam for anesthesia. The experimental group selected low-dose of ketamine and fentanyl for anesthesia, compared two groups’effect.Results The two groups of children before surgery SBP, DBP, HR indicators showed no significant changes. After treatment the experimental group was significantly lower than patients in the control group,and the experimental group patients’dosage of ketamine,recovery time was less than the control group, after sober consciousness and anesthesia excelent recovery rate was significantly higher,P〈 0.05. Conclusion Sacral block combined with smal doses of ketamine-Fentanyl is safe and effective in pediatric anesthesia and has less adverse reactions and low body injury in children.
