标准化血站设备管理模式探讨

Discussion on Equipment Management Mode of Standard Blood Station

目的探讨标准化血站设备管理模式的应用价值与效果。方法 2014年1月起实施标准化血站设备管理,内容包括建立设备管理体系文件,对设备采购、设备验收、设备使用培训等全面建立标准化管理体系,将2014年全年管理成效与2013年对比。结果 2014年全年血站设备不良事件(由于设备故障、人员操作失误造成)发生率为0.14%,低于2013年的2.06%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过建立标准化设备管理模式,规范血站设备的使用,从各环节入手减少了设备不良事件的发生。

Objective To investigate the application value and effect of equipment management mode for standardized station.Methods In January 2014, implement standardized equipment management in blood station,including the establishment of equipment management system documents,equipments procurement,acceptance of equipments,equipments operation training,the establishment of a comprehensive standardized management system. The management effectiveness in 2014 compared with 2013.ResultsThe incidence of 2014 as a whole blood device adverse event（equipment failure and operational error）rate（0.14%）was significantly lower than that in 2013（2.06%）,the difference was statisticaly significant（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Standardized equipment management mode can regulate blood stations equipment,reduce incidence of adverse events in each part.
