20例肠造口患者的护理分析

Nursing Analysis of 20 Cases of Patients With Intestinal Stoma

目的归纳总结肠造口患者的临床护理方法,规范临床护理方案。方法回顾性分析2013年6月~2014年6月,本科收治的20例肠造口患者的临床护理方案,对肠造口患者的临床护理方法进行归纳、分析和总结。结果通过给予肠造口患者综合性护理干预,提高了患者的生活质量和自我护理水平,患者均痊愈出院,无严重并发症。结论肠造口患者的临床护理需要从术前护理、术后护理、心理干预等方面开展工作,提高患者的自我护理能力和生活质量。

Objective To sum up the clinical nursing methods of patients with intestinal stoma,and to standardize the clinical nursing program.Methods A retrospective analysis of 20 cases of patients with intestinal stoma in June 2013 to June 2014,the clinical nursing program,the clinical nursing methods for patients with intestinal stoma were analyzed and summarized.Results By giving the comprehensive nursing intervention to patients with intestinal stoma, the quality of life and self care level of patients were improved,and the patients were cured and discharged, without serious complications.Conclusion The clinical nursing needs of patients with intestinal stoma from preoperative nursing,postoperative nursing,psychological intervention and other aspects of work,improve the patient＇s self-care ability and quality of life.
