摘要
目的探究人性化护理在脑外伤护理中的应用效果。方法选取自2011年12月~2015年5月来我院就诊的脑外伤患者90例,采用随机数字表法将其平均分为研究组（n=45）和对照组（n=45）,其中,对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用人性化护理,对结果进行比较。结果研究组患者的满意度以及平均住院时间优于常规组患者,对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论脑外伤患者实施人性化措施可缩短临床住院治疗时间,提高患者治疗满意度。
Objective To explore humanized nursing effect in brain trauma nursing.Methods 90 patients with traumatic brain injury were select from December 2011 to May 2015 in our hospital,using random number table which were divided into study group（n=45）and control group（n=45）. The control group received usual care,the study group used humannized care, and the results were compared.ResultsThe average nursing satisfaction in study group was significantly better than the control group of patients （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Humanized nursing for patients with traumatic brain injury can significantly shorten the clinical hospitalization time, improve patient treatment satisfaction.
