摘要
目的探讨优质护理对冠心病心力衰竭的应用效果。方法对2012年12月~2014年12月62例冠心病心力衰竭患者进行研究,分为2组,对对照组进行常规护理,对研究组进行常规护理加优质护理。结果研究组心功能指标、满意度优于对照组。结论优质护理干预有助于改善患者的心功能。
Objective To study the application effect of high quality nursing for coronary heart disease（CHD）with heart failure.Methods Divided 62 cases of CHD patients with heart failure into 2 groups from December 2012 to December 2014. Control group had routine nursing,and research group had conventional nursing plus high quality nursing.Results Research group’s index of heart function and satisfaction was obviously better than the control group.Conclusion High quality nursing intervention is helpful to heart function improvement.
