摘要
目的研究分析综合护理用于慢性肾炎伴有抑郁患者的临床效果。方法选择2014年3月~2015年3月在我院进行诊治的30例慢性肾炎患者,均伴有抑郁症状,随机分成2组,对照组15例患者接受常规护理干预;观察组15例患者接受综合护理干预。结果观察组患者的抑郁率33.33%（5/15）低于对照组的73.33%（11/15）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论综合护理干预用于慢性肾炎合并抑郁患者,能纠正患者的不良心态,利于疾病的治疗及好转。
Objective To study clinical effect of the comprehensive nursing for patients with chronic nephritis and depression.Methods Chose during March 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital for diagnosis and treatment of 30 cases of chronic nephritis patients,al were associated with depressive symptoms, and randomly divided into 2 groups. Control group of 15 patients who accepted nursing intervention. Observation group of 15 patients who receive comprehensive nursing intervention. ResultsThe observation group of patients with depression rate was 33.33%（5/15） was significantly lower than the control group 73.33%（11/15）. The difference was statisticaly significant（P〈 0.05）.ConclusionComprehensive nursing for patients with chronic nephritis and depression, can correct the patient＇s bad attitude,and is conducive to the treatment of diseases.
