健康教育在预防尿路结石患者复发护理中的作用

The Role of Health Education in Preventing Recurrence of Patients With Urinary Stones

目的研究分析健康教育在预防尿路结石患者复发护理中的作用。方法选取2013年1月~2015年1月我院收治的100例尿路结石患者,采取随机分组方式将其均分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例,对照组采取常规护理和治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予健康教育,观察对比两组患者结石清除率及复发率。结果两组患者结石清除率和复发率对比,观察组优于对照组,（P〈0.05）差异具有统计学意义。结论在尿路结石患者中实施健康教育,能有效提升结石清除率,降低患者复发率。

Objective To study the health education in prevention of recurrence of urinary stones patients. Methods From January 2013 to January 2015, 100 patients with urinary stones, were divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. Control group adopted routine care treatment, observation group giving health education on the basis of control group, then compared two groups of patients with calculi clearance rate and recurrence rate. Results Two groups of patients with calculi clearance rate and recurrence rate compared, the observation group was significantly better than control group （P 〈 0.05 ）, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The implementation of health education in patients with urinary stones, can effectively inlprove stone clearance rate, decrease the recurrence rate.
