摘要
通过回顾我国养老护理人员教育与培训现状,结合国外养老护理教育发展概况及其培训体系特点的分析,提出构建适合我国国情的专业化养老护理人员教育与培训体系的内容与方法。
By reviewing current situation of the pension and training nursing education in China, combined with analysis of foreign nursing care education development and training system characteristics, we proposed to build content and methods suitable for Chinese specialized old-age nursing education and training system.
