临床路径式教学在护理实习生带教中的应用分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的研究临床路径式教学在实习护生护理带教中的应用效果。方法选取在我院实习的护生200人,随机均分为研究组和对照组,对照组实习护生采用传统临床带教法,研究组护生采取临床路径式带教法,对比两组实习学员在带教结束后的护理理论知识掌握程度、具体护理操作情况以及对带教老师的满意度。结果研究组实习护生理论知识、护理操作以及对带教的满意度均高于对照组实习护生,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统带教法相比,临床路径式教学能够使实习护理人员更好的掌握护理理论知识、操作熟练度以及对带教老师的满意度,更好的为患者提供满意的护理服务。 Objective To study the application effect of teaching method of clinical pathway in nursing interns in teaching. Methods 200 practical nurse who were practical in our hospital were selected as objects and randomly divided into the study group and the control group. The control group were taught by traditional teaching methods. The study group were taught by teaching methods of clinical pathways. Two groups of academic practice nurses in the theory of knowledge, skills and satisfaction with respect to the teacher were compared. Results The practice nurses of the study group were higher than the control groups’ in theoretical knowledge, nursing and satisfaction with teaching practice nurses, the difference were significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional system method, clinical pathway teaching practice nurses could make better use the oretical knowledge of care, operational proifciency and satisfaction with teachers by providing more satisfactory care for patients.
