摘要
绩效考核是医疗机构人力资源管理的重要环节,有效的绩效考核可以顺利实现管理目标。目前,我国大部分的医疗机构已经进行绩效考核,但因为各地方医疗机构的考核标准不一,大多数医疗机构采用传统的行政考核方法,管理人员没有明确考核目标等问题的存在,所以医疗机构没有形成统一科学的绩效考核体系。本文中,笔者通过分析医疗机构存在的普遍问题,探究绩效考核指标的设定,以及如何有效实施绩效考核的策略。
Performance assessment is an important part of human resource management in medical institutions, and effective performance assessment can be achieved successfully. At present, our country most of the medical institutions have been carried out performance appraisal, but because of the local medical institutions of assessment standards, most medical institutions by the traditional administrative appraisal and management personnel without the existence of a clear assessment goals, so medical institutions no form a unified and scientific performance appraisal system. In this paper, the author through the analysis of the common problems of medical institutions, to explore the setting of performance evaluation indicators, and how to effectively implement the performance assessment strategy.
