25例老年高血压性心脏病患者的心脏B超表现及临床分析

Cardiac Ultrasonic Manifestation and Clinical Analysis of 25 Cases of Elderly Hypertensive Heart Disease

目的探究老年高血压性心脏病患者的心脏B超表现及临床应用价值。方法选取25例高血压性心脏病老年患者,分为B超组(n=25)和心电组(n=22),比较临床结果。结果心电组经过检查,左室肥厚4例、左室增大2例、主动脉扩张4例,B超检查,左室肥厚18例,左室增大12例,主动脉扩张16例,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论 B超检查的检出率高。

Objective To explore the clinical application value of the ultrasonic manifestation of heart in elderly patients with essential hypertension. Methods 25 patients with hypertensive heart disease were divided into groups （n=25） and the electrocardiogram （n=22）, the clinical results were compared. Results ECG group after examination, 4 cases of left ventricular hypertrophy, left ventricular increases in 2 case, aortic dilatation in 4 cases, B ultrasonic examination, the left ventricular hypertrophy in 8 cases, left ventricular increased in 12 cases, aortic dilatation in 16 cases, signiifcant differences, was statistically signiifcant, P〈0.05. Conclusion The detection rate of B ultrasonic examination is high.
