无创通气对老年间质性肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患者临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Noninvasive Ventilation on Elderly Patients With Interstitial Pneumonia Complicated With Respiratory Failure

目的探究分析无创通气对老年间质性肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患者的治疗效果。方法选取我院收治的老年肺间质性肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患者94例,按照抽签的方法将其随机分为两组,即实验组与对照组,每组患者均47例。实验组患者予以无创通气的方法进行治疗,对照组患者予以有创通气的方法进行治疗,观察两组患者的相关临床指标。结果对两组患者的相关指标进行对比,其中两组患者治疗前后的动脉血气指标比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);通过数据比较显示实验组患者的并发症以及平均住院天数均少于对照组患者,两组数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无创通气对老年肺间质性肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患者进行治疗,具有较好的临床治疗效果,能够最大程度减少患者出现并发症的几率。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of noninvasive ventilation in the treatment of elderly patients with interstitial pneumonia with respiratory failure. Methods A total of 94 cases of admitted to our hospital with pulmonary interstitial pneumonia with respiratory failure patients, according to the method of drawing lots will be randomly divided into two groups, namely, the experimental group and the control group, patients in each group were 47 cases. The patients in the experimental group were treated with noninvasive ventilation, and the control group was treated with invasive ventilation. The clinical indexes of the patients in the two groups were observed. Results The relevant indexes of two groups of patients were compared, which two groups before and after treatment in patients with arterial blood gas indexes compared no signiifcant difference, does not have statistical signiifcance （P〉0.05）, through the data comparison of complications in the patients in the experimental group and the average days of hospitalization were less than those of the control group, signiifcant differences between the two groups of data, with statistical signiifcance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion No invasive positive pressure ventilation for the treatment of senile pulmonary mass pneumonia with respiratory failure patients, has a better clinical therapeutic effect, can maximum reduce the probability of complications in patients.
