磁致伸缩治疗技术联合局部用药治疗顽固性牙龈出血的疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察磁致伸缩治疗技术联合局部用药治疗慢性牙周炎顽固性牙龈出血的临床疗效。方法将30例慢性牙周炎经传统牙周治疗后仍然有牙龈出血的患者采用磁致伸缩治疗仪进行龈下刮治及根面平整,生理盐水加甲硝唑冲洗,术后每周1次局部牙周袋内上盐酸米诺环素软膏,连续4周,观察牙龈出血改善情况。结果显效19例,有效10例,无效1例,有效率96.66%。结论采用磁致伸缩治疗技术联合局部用药治疗慢性牙周炎顽固性牙龈出血,可获得较理想的临床效果。 Objective To observe the local administration of magnetostrictive treatment technology combined clinical curative effect for the treatment of chronic periodontitis refractory bleeding gums. Methods 30 cases of chronic periodontitis after treatment with traditional periodontal patients still have bleeding gums magnetostrictive therapeutic apparatus under the gum scraping and root surface smooth, saline and metronidazole irrigation, postoperative weekly local periodontal minocycline hydrochloride ointment on bag, for four weeks, gingival bleeding was observed. Results 19 cases were markedly effective, effective 10 cases effectiveness and 1 case, 96.66% efficient. Conclusion The magnetostrictive treatment technology combined local drug for the treatment of chronic periodontitis refractory gingival bleeding, can obtain ideal clinical effect.
