Objective To compare the effect of two kinds of placing position of the oriifce plate in the treatment of cervical carcinoma in the treatment of small intestine and the size of the small intestine. Methods 10 cases of cervical cancer patients treated with radiotherapy were collected, and the maximum dose and average dose of the small intestine were compared between two kinds of placement plan, and the dose gradient was 10%in the prescription dose of 10%~100%. Results there was no difference between CTV and PTV, but the volume of Location II was less than that of I Location (P〈0.05). Conclusion In the patients with cervical cancer, the Location II can be used to reduce the total volume of the small intestine, and the average dose of small intestine by the exposure of the small intestine.
