曲美他嗪对老年冠心病合并充血性心力衰竭患者肌钙蛋白水平的影响

Effect of Trimetazidine on Troponin Levels for Senile Patients With Coronary Heart Disease and Congestive Heart Failure

目的：探讨曲美他嗪对老年冠心病合并充血性心力衰竭患者肌钙蛋白水平的影响。方法本研究选取2012年1月～2014年12月我院收治的110例老年冠心病合并充血性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象，将110例患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各55例，对照组患者采用常规治疗，观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上加用曲美他嗪治疗，对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果对照组患者的治疗总有效率为70.9%；观察组患者的治疗总有效率为89.1%，与对照组相比，观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显提高（P＜0.05）。在治疗后，与对照组相比，观察组患者的肌钙蛋白水平明显降低（P＜0.05）。结论曲美他嗪治疗老年冠心病合并充血性心力衰竭的有效率高，且能降低患者的肌钙蛋白水平。

Objective To investigate the effect trimetazidine on troponin levels for senile patients with coronary heart disease and congestive heart failure. Methods 110 cases of senile patients with coronary heart disease and congestive heart failure were selected from January 2012 to December 2014 in our hospital as the research subjects, 110 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 55 cases in each group, the control group were treated with conventional therapy, the observation group were treated with conventional therapy and Trimetazidine therapy, the clinical effect of two groups was contrasted. Results The total effective rate of control group and observation group was 70.9%and 89.1%respectively, compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the observation group was improved signiifcantly （P〈0.05）. After the treatment,compared with the control group,the troponin levels of observation group was signiifcantly lower （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Trimetazidine applies to the senile patients with coronary heart disease and congestive heart failure has a high efifciency, and it can signiifcantly reduce troponin levels in patients.
